Departure Location: CHENNAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT/COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Return Location: CHENNAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT/COCHIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Day 1:
• Pickup from Bandaranayake international Airport
• visit pinnawala elephant orphanage
• Overnight stay
Meal plan: Lunch and dinner
Day 2 –
• Climb Sigiriya lion rock
• Sigiriya village tour with bullock cart & transfer to Kandy
• Visit spice herbal garden, Cultural show at Kandy, Kandy lake
• Overnight stay at kandy
Meal plan: Breakfast Lunch and dinner
Day 3 – KANDY – NUWARA ELIYA
• Tooth relic temple visit, GEM Museum,
• Transfer to Nuwara eliya
• On the way visit Ramboda waterfalls and Tea factory,
• Arriving Nuwara Eliya city and visit golf club, Gregory lake
Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.
Meal plan: Breakfast Lunch and dinner
Day 4 – NUWARA ELIYA – BENTOTA
• Seetha amman temple
• Transfer to Mirissa-Galle
• Visit Old dutch fort & Relax at the beach
• Overnight stay at Galle
Meal plan: Breakfast Lunch and dinner
Day 5 – BENTOTA – COLOMBO
• Two hours boat safari through Mangrove forest in Madu River
• Cinnamon island visit
• Transfer to Colombo.
• Colombo city tour with shopping:-
• Independence Square, Town hall, Viharamaha Devi Park, Parliament Road, Galle Beach drive,
Pettah market, Laksala etc.
• Overnight stay in colombo
Meal plan: Breakfast Lunch and dinner
Day 6 – COLOMBO – AIRPORT
• Transfer to Airport – 3 hours Before departure time (Board flight to Chennai/Cochin)
Meal plan: Breakfast

Accommodation – Premium hotels on double sharing basis.
Transportation – All transports and transfer in AC luxury tour coach.
Meal Plan – 05 Breakfast + 05 Lunch + 05 Dinner
All entry tickets as per itinerary
500 ML mineral water per day
Service of Tours N Trails Malayali tour manager from Cochin international airport.
Exclusions:-
Airtickets (can arrange on request, kindly contact us for more details.)
TCS 5%
Passport charges.
All expenses from your hometown to Kochi airport and back.
Tip for tour guide and driver
Expenses of additional/optional tours.Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, beverages, mineral water, Porter charges, food and drink not in the regular menu, mini bar in hotel rooms, telephone calls etc.
Bed Coffee, evening and tea snacks, meals in the flight and all other meals, which are not mentioned in the itinerary. Food and drink not forming the part of group Menus.

Additional airport transfers if any
Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies.
Extra stay other than our group tour.
Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost-incurring incidence.
Any private transfers other than our fixed itinerary.
Any add-on sightseeing/ sightseeing done twice /activities if done other than mentioned in the tour program.
Anything not specifically mentioned in our itinerary.
Policy And Terms
NOTES
:-Tours N Trails reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary, including the duration, route, and
accommodation, due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen
circumstances.
:-In situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics, Tours
N Trails reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without any liability.
Such modifications shall be at the sole discretion of the authority.
b. Tours N Trails shall not be held liable for any changes to the itinerary, or any resulting
inconvenience, losses, or additional expenses incurred by you.
:- Cancellations due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.
:-If in case of single lady or single man ( single to be understood as anyone who is alone and
no one to share room), single supplement charges to be paid extra.
💢PAYMENT TERMS
• After confirmation of any Package request: 50% of tour package cost required immediately to
book all the respective services.
• 10 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.
• Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High
Season.
• We will not entertain any credit facility.
💢CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Advance amount is non refundable at any cost.
2. Cancellation charge of 100% is applicable for cancellations done within 9 days of the tour.
No refund will be initiated in such case.
3. No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or
unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any
covid induced scenarios or otherwise.
