DAY 01:

Kochi – Kuala Lumpur:
Meal Plan-: No Meals
Report at Kochi International airport. Board your flight which departs to Kuala Lumpur. Overnight in the flight.

DAY 02:

Kuala Lumpur – Putrajaya
Meal Plan-: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Morning arrives in Kuala Lumpur airport and fresh up in airport itself. After breakfast, then enjoy half-day Putrajaya tour. After Putrajaya visit check in to hotel. Evening leisure time to explore the city. Overnight stay at hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
NB-: Hotel check in time is 14:00 Hrs. early check in is strictly subjected to the availability.

DAY 03 :
Kuala Lumpur – City
Tour Meal Plan-: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
After Breakfast full day city visit. This tour offers you an insight into the old and new, to the King’s Palace, a symbol of Malaysian sovereignty; the National Monument and the superb buildings at the Independence Square. A photo stop at the magnificent Petronas Twin Towers will also be included. Overnight stay in hotel at Kuala Lumpur.

DAY 04:

Kuala Lumpur – Genting Highland – Kuala Lumpur
Meal Plan-: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
After breakfast, transfer to Genting Highlands in Malaysia. Genting Highlands is a hill resort in Malaysia developed by Genting Malaysia Berhad Group. A hassle free cable car ride up to the mountains and back, enjoy a stunning view of succulent green hills unparalleled beauty of landscapes and hillocks. Arrive in Genting Highlands, and transfer to Genting Casino and try your luck at the Largest Casino in Asia. First World Café in Genting and drive back to Kuala Lumpur. On the way visit, Batu caves (Murugan temple). Overnight stay in hotel at Kuala Lumpur.

DAY 05:

Kuala Lumpur:
Meal Plan-: Breakfast + Lunch
After breakfast check out from the hotel, proceed to KLCC Aquarium. Then for shopping. Evening drop you at Kuala Lumpur International Airport for your final departure. Arrives at Cochin international airport with the sweet memories of Malaysian days.

  • Expenses of additional/optional tours.
  • Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, Porter charges, food and drink not in the regular menu, mini bar, telephone calls etc.
  • Food and drink not forming the part of group Menus
  • Meals other than what is mentioned in the itinerary
  • Cost of overseas Medical Insurance
  • Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies.
  • Extra stay pre/post tour.
  • Cost of Airport transfers of the guests and additional airport transfers if any
  • Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen circumstances.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in inclusions

Policy And Terms

NOTES

:-If in case of single lady or single man ( single to be understood as anyone who is alone and
no one to share room),single supplement charges to be paid extra.
:-Tours N Trails reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary, including the duration, route, and
accommodation, due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen
circumstances.
:-In situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics, Tours
N Trails reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without any liability.
Such modifications shall be at the sole discretion of the authority.
b. Tours N Trails shall not be held liable for any changes to the itinerary, or any resulting
inconvenience, losses, or additional expenses incurred by you.
:- Cancellations due to bad weather or natural calamity will be non-refundable.

 

💢PAYMENT TERMS
• After confirmation of any Package request: 50% of tour package cost required immediately to
book all the respective services.
• 10 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.
• Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High
Season.
• We will not entertain any credit facility.

💢CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Advance amount is non refundable at any cost.
2. Cancellation charge of 100% is applicable for cancellations done within 9 days of the tour.
No refund will be initiated in such case.
3. No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or
unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any
covid induced scenarios or otherwise.
